O God our creator and giver of life We come with heavy hearts before you after the news of war and conflict in Iran .Yet we still hope for a future filled with your peace and love. We wish for an end to violence and putting down weapons, asking that you turn hearts of stone into ones showing compassion. We pray for all children, regardless of race colour or gender. Help us to see beyond the boundaries that separate and divide us so that we can recognise dignity and worth in every human being. Strengthen us to be stewards of peace. Remembering to embrace our diversity and differences as a true gift rather than a threat, and love our neighbours as much as ourself.
Awaken our hearts and fill it with harmony , justice peace and love.
