Prayer of the Month, May 2022

Dear Lord,

Thank you for each beautiful new day, those precious moments on first waking when the sunlight streams through the curtains and provides me with hope and enthusiasm for the day!

Thank you for the crisp morning air awakening my senses and  reviving my soul as I walk my son to school, his tiny hand in mine so loving and trusting of me, as I am of you Lord.

Thank you for the music I listen to as I sit here at my desk , it inspires and motivates me  and reminds me that you are always listening to the music of your people through their prayers and daily acts of service to you .

Thank you for giving me the strength and courage to go on in times of hardship and the ability to  appreciate the wonderful when times are good.
