Each year on 20 June, the world marks World Refugee Day, a day designated by the United Nations to honour the courage, resilience, and contributions of refugees around the globe.

As we mark World Refugee Day, let us give thanks for the gifts and talents refugees bring to our communities and commit ourselves to building a world where every person can live with dignity, hope, and security.
