- As you stand in this place think about the history of this place.
- Think about what may have gone on here
- Think about the winch and what it did.
- Think about what the winch represents in life perhaps helping to lift a burden
- What or who has been there to help you when you have felt overwhelmed?
- Prayer can be a useful tool to use to offload
- Is this something you have considered or done?
- How did you feel afterwards?
- Perhaps you might want to be thankful for those who have helped share the load or take off the burden.

- The place where you now see these cars was once a canal basin for the boats to go in under the Mill buildings.
- Think about how busy this place would have been.
- There is now a new kind of transport in this place from when it held canal boats. Think about how transportation has changed in your lifetime.
- There is now a move towards a more environmentally mode of transportation using less carbon emissions. Think about what modes of transport you use that helps with reducing climate change.
- Take a look up! During the industrial revolution the air around here would have been black with industrial pollution. Does it seem better here now?

- what do you think the difference is between this and what might be classed as a traditional view of church.
- If a church is a place for like-minded people to gather and spend time together what are the similarities with this and what Church might be like?
- Think about the mural on the side of the building saying, ‘You should explore who you are.’ Where do you have the opportunity to think about who you are and who you were meant to be?
