About the Church
The original church for the congregation in Clayton was built in 1905 by local Methodists as the area was being developed with housing, schools and industry.
In 2022 the Clayton building closed and the congregations from Edge Lane and Clayton churches merged to create the Edge Lane and Clayton church community who gather at the Church of the Epiphany on Merton Drive in Droylsden.
Our mission is to hold Jesus at the centre of all we do, and as a caring church we aim to proclaim the love of Christ through worship, ministry and outreach in our community.
