About the Church

At United Methodist Church Didsbury we are always pleased to welcome everyone who joins us. Whether you’d like to come for the occasional visit or with the intention of joining us on a frequent and regular basis, you will be most welcome.

Our Church congregation consists of about 40 people from children to over 90 years of age and we try to cater for everyone with a variety of styles of worship. We have a new AV system for use within the church, and a projector/screen in one of the rooms. Our regular services are on Sunday mornings at 10.45am, followed by refreshments.

Holy communion is offered once a month, usually the first Sunday. Baptisms and weddings can be arranged by contacting the minister.

Midweek church events include a Fellowship group and a Ladies Circle, both of whom meet fortnightly. There is also an Art/Crafts Group that meets on a Wednesday morning (10-12).  Prayers are said by members who gather in a local cafe in Didsbury every other week.

Our church building is a community hub, widely used by local groups and organisations. It includes a large hall with a stage.
