Prayer for February 2026

Loving Father,
As February begins,
we thank You for the quiet work of winter—
for roots growing unseen,
for patience learned in waiting,
for love that deepens in stillness.

In this month of short days,
teach us to notice the small mercies:
warmth shared, words spoken kindly,
hope flickering like a candle against the cold.

Prepare us for what is coming next.
Let what has been hibernating begin to stir,

and inspire us to share the light,
even before spring arrives.
